Homewood Suites by Hilton Louisville-East

This was not our first choice for our reservation but due to an error with Hilton they overbooked our first choice and we were bumped here to Homewood Suites. Other than this was farther away from our destination we had a wonderful stay and will certainly use this hotel again! Latonya and the staff at Homewood were amazing! They were friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs! Latonya even helped me with dinner suggestions for my team. Having to move 6 people with less than 24 hours notice this place was a rockstar! Thank you again Latonya and team!

Property, hotel and rooms were nice, comfortable and clean! Front desk staff wasn’t the most welcoming and friendliest. When we arrived they just starred at us as we stood at the front counter right in front of them. It was a very dry and unpleasant welcoming but thankfully our stay otherwise was pleasant! We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was extremely spacious! The kitchen and living room area were very convenient. Location was central to tons of places.

When we arrived, we were quickly greeted by the front desk clerk. She was very nice and very pleasant. She got us checked in quickly and keys in our hand with a bottle of water for each of us. We found the hotel and the rooms to be very clean. That is always a plus. Our room had a king size bed. The shower and toilet were separate from the sink which was right. It had a large big screen, TV and a couch area along with a fully stocked kitchenette. Everything was great about the room except the bed was a little bit firm for me, but that's just my personal choice. Your stay comes with a complementary breakfast. It was mediocre as far as hotel breakfast goes.

I have stayed here multiple times, and every visit has been excellent. The staff is always great, the rooms and beds are clean, and the room keys consistently work. I use extended‑stay hotels often, and this is definitely the best one I’ve stayed in.

Just wanted to share our amazing experience at Homewood Suites! Stayed from Nov 7-21, and it was top-notch. Smooth check-in, fantastic staff, delicious breakfast, and complimentary dinner on Mon, Tue, Wed. Shoutout to the incredible team: - Latonya, our GM, always smiling and helpful:) - PJ and India, serving up tasty meals with a smile - Karen and Cameron, lovely front desk pros - Larny, our go-to for maintenance - Idalla and the housekeeping team, keeping our space spotless You guys made our stay truly special! I was given a two BR suite the size of an apartment. It's clean and very comfortable. The only issue was not having a frying pan for my kitchenette. This was quickly rectified by the front desk person and it's as nice as the one I have at home. The location is close to the freeway. There's a few restaurants that are within walking distance. There's a small campus area behind the hotel that's away from busy streets and great for walking.

We came to Louisville to adopt a baby and had alot of the stay up in the air. The birth induction date changed when we arrived (changing dates of the stay), and after the baby was born, we were at the mercy of the court to finish paperwork before we could leave KY. The staff bent over backwards to help accomodate us. They extended our stay on short notice and even blocked off our room in worse case we had to stay additional days. They stuck us near the entrance to make it easy to come and go. They all were wonderful with our new daughter, one associate hugged me and told my how happy she was for our family. The last day we were there we were waiting on court approval to go back home, and they allowed us to check out late after we got approval. We will be returning to louisville a couple times each year and will stay here again. The rooms are spacious, and generally very quiet compared to other hotels. You have a kitchenette with dishwasher and all items needed to prepare a meal. Our adoption process has been extremely stressful cause almost every step had some issue, the associates at homewood suites really made a difference in making the process better.

This is what a Homewood(Hilton) property should look like. Hotel smells fresh. The rooms are super clean, furniture and beds are clean. The shower is amazing. The dining/kitchen is one if not the cleanest of the Homewood hotels that I've been at. The front desk person was very kind and offered to turn on the lights for us to eat our snacks. The parking lot has many spots but can use a lighting upgrade. If you are in the area and deciding, this is the one you should book at.
